Service Description
WE MUST HAVE A FREE DISCOVERY CALL FIRST. Schedule that before you schedule the Kitchen Clean Out. This will let me know what your goals are and where our focus should be. All health starts in the kitchen. There is no denying that. We will set you up for success by starting there. You will receive free downloads. Session 1: Kitchen tour. I will need you to show me everything in your refrigerator, cabinets, and pantries.(Please note: Although session length is slated for 1 hour, it make take longer. I always want to be respectful of your time. In that, depending on how many items that you have in your fridge, it could take longer.) We will discuss the items that you have, and help you create a nutritional mindful kitchen. Suggestions will be made for swaps, and/or additions, if needed. Q& A Session 2: Tweaking Session. We will discuss what is working and what needs adjusting. Q &A Session 3: Longevity & sustainability tips. Q & A
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. Anything less than 48 hours, will incur a $50, non refundable, fee, as your time slot is reserved and we do not double book. Policies
